Your information on this website.

This page explains what happens to your information when you use piqfinance.com. We keep it short and only collect what we need. The PIQ app explains what it does with your information inside the app.

If you join the waitlist

When you enter your email and press Join, we keep that email address so we can tell you when PIQ is ready for you. We also note which page you joined from. That’s all we collect.

Your email is stored with Resend, the service we use for email. We don’t sell it, share it for advertising or use it for anything else. Every email we send will let you unsubscribe, and you can ask us to delete your email at any time.

If you ask a question on Learn

The “ask your own question” box on Learn answers in two ways: from PIQ’s own guides, and from a free third-party AI service, Pollinations. When it uses the AI, the words you type are sent to Pollinations to write the answer. Your name and email are never sent. Please don’t type personal or financial details into the box. Pollinations’ own terms apply to what it receives.

Prices and news

Coin prices on Learn are loaded by your browser straight from CoinGecko, so CoinGecko receives that request from your device. Headlines come from crypto publishers’ public news feeds and link to their websites, which have their own privacy policies.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, it processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and keep the site secure.

Cookies and storage

We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don’t run analytics on this site. Your browser keeps a couple of small preferences for this site on your own device, for example that you’ve joined the waitlist.

Your choices

• To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to leave the waitlist, email hello@piqfinance.com.
• This website isn’t meant for children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the date below.
